Job Description

As a Production, Planning, and Expediting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in the beef production process. Your responsibilities include tagging cattle for identification, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with herd health management to ensure efficient operations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with herd management to maintain cattle health records.
  • Assist in training new team members regarding cattle handling.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions.
  • Help implement improvements in production efficiency.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with cattle in a feedlot or pasture setting preferred.
Experience
  • Experience using electronic tagging and data management systems is a plus.
