Job Description

As a Computer User Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with technical challenges related to our products. Your primary responsibility will be providing timely and effective technical support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product features.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation.
  • Engage with customers to review their support experience.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, HDI) are a plus
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles
