Job Description

As a Ribbon Inker, you will be responsible for applying vibrant and accurate ink designs onto ribbons using various printing techniques. Your attention to detail and precision will significantly contribute to the production of high-quality ribbons used in various industries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards are met through thorough inspections of printed ribbons.
• Provide feedback to supervisors regarding production processes and equipment functionality.
• Train new employees on printing techniques and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Assist in developing new ink formulations to improve print quality.
• Conduct troubleshooting for any machinery issues that arise during operation.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Graphic Design or Printing Technology is advantageous

Experience

• Prior experience with specialized inkjet printers preferred

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with color mixing software
• Knowledge of quality control tools

Soft Skills

• Ability to work in a team
• Strong communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Additional certifications in printing: Any relevant certifications or courses in graphic design or printing technology.
• Familiarity with specialized inkjet printers for ribbon printing: Experience operating advanced printing machinery specifically for ribbon applications.
