We are seeking an experienced Appraiser of Personal and Business Property to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of commercial appraisal practices and will be responsible for determining the value of diverse properties. You'll work closely with clients, providing expert evaluations that adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret property data, market conditions, and comparable sales.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate assessments.
• Prepare and present appraisal reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay informed about local real estate markets and economic trends.
• Conduct field inspections to evaluate property condition and features.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their appraisal needs.
• Ensure that all appraisal activities are conducted with the highest level of professionalism.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices in the appraisal profession.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Real Estate or related field
• Membership to professional appraisal organizations (e.g., Appraisal Institute)

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial appraisal.

• Market analysis

Certifications

• MAI designation

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience testifying as an expert witness: Proven ability to provide expert analysis in legal proceedings.
