The Hop Picker Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining hop picking machines in the brewery or related industries. The ideal candidate will ensure that machines run efficiently to meet production targets while adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage hop picking machine operation to optimize production.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations during operations.
• Communicate effectively with the production team for smooth operations.
• Report any unusual machine behavior to the production supervisor.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
