UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Creative Tech Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products. Ideal candidates will display a passion for user-centered design, and have a keen understanding of research methods and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Engage in user research and testing to validate concepts.
• Design and prototype user flows for web and mobile applications.
• Present your design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency across all design touchpoints and maintain quality control.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Implement A/B testing to evaluate design changes and usability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction or Graphic Design
• Postgraduate qualifications in UX Design preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools (InVision, Axure)
• HTML & CSS

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in responsive and mobile design: Ability to design user interfaces adaptable to various screen sizes.
• Proficient in usability testing software: Hands-on practice with tools that facilitate usability testing.
