Pump Operators, Except Wellhead Pumpers

Job Description

As a Brewery Pumper, you'll be at the heart of our brewing process, responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe transfer of liquids throughout the brewery. This role requires a keen eye for detail and an understanding of pumping operations, making it crucial for maintaining quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate various pumps and transfer equipment efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on pumping systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless liquid transfer.
• Document all maintenance activities and report issues promptly.
• Train new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Work closely with quality assurance to ensure product integrity.
• Participate in safety drills and maintain a clean working environment.
• Support other departments as required during peak operations.
• Assist in inventory management of necessary materials and supplies.
• Make recommendations for equipment upgrades and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in Brewing or Mechanical Operations preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a brewery setting, preferably with liquid transfer and pump operations experience.

Advantageous
