Job Description

A political worker is responsible for managing and executing political campaigns. The role involves providing direction, guidance, and leadership to campaign staff and volunteers, and requires a strong understanding of the political climate.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive political strategies that advance the goals of the campaign.
• Build coalitions and relationships with stakeholders, including elected officials and community leaders.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform messaging and tactics.
• Coordinate and execute fundraising activities.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards for political campaigns and activities.
• Provide updates to management and stakeholders on campaign progress and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Political Science or a related field is preferred

• Experience with fundraising and donor relations is advantageous
