Job Description

As a Child, Family, and School Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families by providing assessment, advocacy, and intervention services. Your work will involve collaborating with school systems, community organizations, and families to create effective support plans tailored to each individual’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Implement evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.
• Support the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for children with special needs.
• Research and stay updated with social service trends and practices.
• Foster a supportive and empathetic environment for clients.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
• PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience working directly with families and schools

• Case Management

Certifications

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• First Aid/CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Mandarin: Basic

• Experience with Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST): Experience in implementing MST approaches in family therapy.
