Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to support valuations.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of industry trends and market data.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations for client education.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in investment banking

Technical Skills

• M&A Advisory
• Debt and Equity Financing

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Time Management

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Financial Software: Familiarity with software such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar tools.
