Join our dynamic team as a Court Reporter and Simultaneous Captioner. You will be responsible for capturing and transcribing legal proceedings while providing real-time services using advanced stenography technology. Strong attention to detail is essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe legal documents and ensure timely delivery to clients.
• Utilize advanced stenography software for efficient transcription.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on transcripts for accuracy.
• Provide realtime captioning for court sessions.
• Work with legal professionals to clarify specific terminologies.
• Continuously enhance skills through professional development programs.
• Maintain records of all assignments and client communications.
• Assist in training junior reporters when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with court reporting regulations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in court reporting or a related field
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Experience

• Experience in realtime transcription is preferred.
