Precision Manufacturing Corp. is looking for Lathe and Turning Machine Tool Setters, Operators, and Tenders to produce precision machined components for various industries. The ideal candidate will operate machines and monitor their performance to ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Program and configure CNC lathes for machining operations.
• Conduct tests and validate that parts meet specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Assist with inventory management of supplies and tools.
• Work with team leads to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Provide input on production and machine efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery as scheduled.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience with CNC machining preferred

Technical Skills

• CNC programming
• Tool setup

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with quality control systems: Experience in applying quality control standards during machining.
• Previous experience in metal and plastic machining: Experience across both materials enhances versatility.
