Paint Laboratory Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Paint Laboratory Technician to join our team and ensure the quality control of our paint products. You will conduct a variety of tests and analyses on paint samples, collaborating with the R&D department to improve our formulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine tests on samples and correlate results with company specifications.
• Ensure that laboratory safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
• Assist in developing new testing methods and standards for paint products.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laboratory environment.
• Work closely with the production team to resolve product issues.
• Develop relationships with suppliers for chemical inventory management.
• Participate in team meetings to provide insights on product quality improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific discipline

Experience

• Experience in quality control or laboratory testing preferred
