Responsibilities

• Run, set up, and maintain various knitting and weaving machines.
• Ensure all products meet specified quality standards and troubleshoot issues.
• Keep track of production metrics and report outcomes to team leads.
• Engage in regular training and workshops for skills enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Maintain accurate records of machine settings and production data.
• Help optimize production efficiency through innovative techniques.
• Follow environmental and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training is highly desirable

Experience

• 3+ years in textile manufacturing environment preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous supervisory experience: Experience leading a team of machine operators.
