Job Description

As a Pot Liner at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be crucial in preparing, lining, and maintaining industrial kilns and heat treatment equipment. Your role ensures optimal performance and quality in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and align kilns ensuring readiness for operation.
• Assess and prepare materials for lining according to specifications.
• Implement proper mixing and application of refractory lining materials.
• Adjust temperatures and settings based on operational needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Comply with safety protocols and regulations.
• Provide support during the maintenance of other machinery.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Work collaboratively to enhance operational efficiencies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-4 years in industrial equipment operation, preferably with kilns

Technical Skills

• Basic math and measurement skills
• Mechanical aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift certification: Ability to operate forklifts for moving materials within the work area.
