Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our expanding team in Salt Lake City. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition to attract and recruit top talent for various positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to better understand their teams and cultures.
• Engage in direct sourcing and networking to build a talent pipeline.
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for staff on recruitment best practices.
• Conduct market research to determine competitive salary ranges and recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting or HR roles
