Job Description

As an HR Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping our HR policies and driving employee engagement within our organization in Chicago. You'll lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, ensuring our workforce is skilled, motivated, and aligned with our corporate goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the workforce.
  • Spearhead talent acquisition strategies and oversee candidate selection.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and provide solutions.
  • Create a robust performance management system to support employee growth.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with management responsibilities
