Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated First-Line Supervisor to lead our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality control, and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring targets are met.
• Implement and maintain product quality control measures.
• Train and support employees in adhering to operational standards.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Act as a liaison between management and production staff.
• Suggest modifications to improve production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Engage in cross-training employees in various production functions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Manufacturing Management is a plus

• 4+ years of experience in production leadership
