Job Description

Join our team as a Structural Metal Fabricator, where you will be responsible for creating and installing metal structures for various construction projects. This role requires expertise in welding and fabrication, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery such as saws, shears, and presses to fabricate metal components.
• Ensure all fabricated products adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist in resolving fabrication or installation issues during the construction process.
• Document completed work and maintain accurate inventory logs.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions regularly.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team, fostering a positive work culture.
• Educate new team members on best practices and company standards.
• Drive productivity improvements by suggesting innovative methods and techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Welding or Fabrication is an advantage

Experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience in metal fabrication

Technical Skills

• CNC Operation
• Metal Finishing

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• AWS Certified Welder

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a leadership role: Ability to mentor and lead junior fabricators.
