Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Laborers and Freight Movers to support our ash handling operations in a fast-paced power generation environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in material handling and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials associated with ash handling.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Help develop a positive and proactive safety culture within the team.
• Provide support to the operations team in various tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• Experience in power plant operations or a related field preferred.

Technical Skills

• Equipment Operation
• Basic PLC Programming

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Environmental Regulations: Familiarity with local and federal environmental regulations regarding ash disposal.
• Heavy Equipment Certification: Certification for operating heavy machinery preferred.
