Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will be the go-to person for HR-related inquiries and support.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Implement onboarding procedures to integrate new employees effectively.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment and communicate offerings to employees.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with federal and state HR regulations.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR policies, practices, and compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration is preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in HR services
