Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in managing HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will be the go-to person for HR-related inquiries and support.
Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and hire qualified candidates.
Implement onboarding procedures to integrate new employees effectively.
Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
Coordinate benefits enrollment and communicate offerings to employees.
Review and update HR policies and procedures.
Monitor compliance with federal and state HR regulations.
Conduct training sessions on HR policies, practices, and compliance.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration is preferred

4+ years of experience in HR services
