Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Service Chief to lead our service department. The Service Chief will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of service professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of service management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the service department in meeting performance targets and maintaining quality standards.
  • Implement service improvement plans based on performance data and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate technician performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Create a service-oriented culture within the department.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Service Management or a related field
  • Advanced degree preferred

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in service roles
