Job Description
Join Tech Innovations Inc. as a Payroll and Timekeeping Clerk where you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll. This position requires a keen eye for details and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
Maintain timekeeping records and ensure all reported hours are correct.
Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and timekeeping.
Assist with the implementation of new payroll systems.
Prepare reports for management on payroll and timekeeping metrics.
Work closely with the HR department to maintain accurate employee records.
Coordinate with finance for budget forecasting related to payroll.
Requirements
Education
Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or timekeeping roles
