We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Baltimore team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions while developing strong relationships with hiring managers. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Provide feedback and coaching to candidates post-interview.
• Conduct market research to understand industry recruitment trends.
• Foster a positive employer brand by representing the company effectively.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on recruitment campaigns.
• Advise on compensation and market factors to attract suitable candidates.
• Analyze hiring data to inform future recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role with a focus on talent acquisition
