Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Baltimore team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions while developing strong relationships with hiring managers. The successful candidate will leverage innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality talent, contributing to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to candidates post-interview.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry recruitment trends.
  • Foster a positive employer brand by representing the company effectively.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on recruitment campaigns.
  • Advise on compensation and market factors to attract suitable candidates.
  • Analyze hiring data to inform future recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role with a focus on talent acquisition
