Job Description

As a Materials Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and testing materials to gain insights into their properties and performance. Your role will involve analyzing material composition and interactions, contributing significantly to our research initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop materials based on customer specifications.
  • Perform statistical analysis on experimental data to derive meaningful conclusions.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure successful commercialization of materials.
  • Evaluate the environmental impact of materials and propose sustainable practices.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior scientists and technical staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Materials Science or related field
  • Ph.D. is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in materials development or related field
