As an Admissions Coordinator, you will oversee the entire admissions process, managing student applications and facilitating their transition into academic programs. Your role will demand exceptional organizational skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure prospective students receive timely and accurate information.

Job Responsibilities
  • Champion the admissions process, coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Evaluate applications and make recommendations for admissions decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students via email and phone.
  • Monitor and report on admissions metrics to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Develop strong partnerships with local high schools and community programs.
  • Organize and attend campus tours and open houses.
  • Assist prospective students with financial aid information and application.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state admissions regulations.
  • Maintain a database of prospective students and track all communications.
  • Work with marketing to assist in crafting materials for admissions recruitment campaigns.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Communication)
  • Master's degree in Education or related field preferred
  • Admissions management software Experience with software specifically designed for managing admissions.
  • Attention to detail Ability to ensure accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Problem-solving In-depth analytical skills for resolving issues efficiently.
  • Certified Admissions Professional (CAP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Master's degree in a related field: Advanced degree preferred to enhance understanding of educational processes.
  • Event planning experience: Experience organizing recruitment events and activities.
