Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Social and Community Service Manager to lead our nonprofit initiatives. The role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff and volunteer teams, and ensuring our programs effectively meet community needs.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain community engagement initiatives that address local needs.
Supervise daily operations and ensure staff are aligned with organizational objectives.
Evaluate program metrics and report outcomes to the Board of Directors.
Implement fundraising strategies and lead grant writing efforts to secure additional funding.
Foster a diverse and inclusive environment within the organization.
Engage with community members to gather feedback and improve services.
Organize and facilitate training sessions for staff and volunteers.
Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, social work, or a related field
Master's degree is preferred
Experience
3-5 years of experience in nonprofit management or community services
