We are looking for skilled Solar Photovoltaic Installers to join our innovative team. The primary responsibility will involve the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties. Candidates should have a solid understanding of solar energy systems alongside hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Execute installation of solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct site assessments prior to installation.
• Troubleshoot issues with solar systems that require repairs or enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with clients about system functionalities.
• Work with electrical systems and ensure compliance with local codes.
• Educate clients on maintenance and operational procedures post-installation.
• Collaborate with engineers on system layout plans.
• Train and mentor junior team members in proper installation techniques.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site.
• Document and report any major issues to management promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in solar energy installation (e.g., NABCEP)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar energy system installation.
