Job Description

As a Lathe and Turning Machine Tool Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our screw machines to produce high-quality parts. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong technical background.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting on machines to resolve any operational issues.
• Work with engineers to improve manufacturing processes.
• Manage tool inventory and ensure tools are in good condition.
• Collaborate with quality control to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules.

Requirements

Education

• GED or equivalent
• Completion of a technical machining program is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a machine operator in manufacturing.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• High Volume Production: Experience with high volume production manufacturing environments.
