Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Feeders and Offbearers to join our production team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sewing lines by feeding fabric into machines and monitoring the output for quality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate sewing machines for production runs.
• Monitor machine functions and adjust settings as needed.
• Document production metrics and report to supervisors.
• Collaborate with quality control inspectors to maintain high standards.
• Participate in training sessions for new machinery as required.
• Engage in regular maintenance and care of machines.
• Assist team members in various production-related tasks.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in textile manufacturing is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Industrial Sewing Machine Experience
• Fabric Handling

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Quality Control Certifications: Certifications related to quality assurance in manufacturing.
• Previous supervisory experience: Experience leading small teams in a production environment.
