Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dentist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Dentist, you'll provide comprehensive dental care, performing routine check-ups and advanced procedures, while ensuring patient comfort and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough dental evaluations and provide comprehensive care for patients.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene techniques and dietary recommendations.
• Utilize advanced dental technology to enhance diagnostic capabilities.
• Manage patient pain and anxiety during procedures using various techniques.
• Ensure sterilization and cleanliness of instruments and treatment areas.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and operational improvements.
• Mentor junior dental staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Perform emergency dental procedures as needed.
• Order lab tests or prescriptions as necessary.
• Generate reports and document patient treatment plans accurately.

Requirements

Education

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school
• Completion of advanced training in a dental specialty is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental practice

Advantageous

• Experience with Digital Dentistry Technologies: Familiarity with CEREC technology and 3D imaging systems.
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support Certification: Essential qualifications for emergency patient care.
