Join our team as an Audiovisual Equipment Installer and Repairer, where you will be responsible for troubleshooting and fixing various electronic devices, including televisions. This position requires a strong knowledge of electronics, the ability to read schematics, and exceptional problem-solving skills. You will engage with customers to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on various electronic devices.
• Manage parts inventory and order supplies as necessary.
• Educate clients on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Document repairs and client communications accurately.
• Contribute to team meetings to improve service processes.
• Assist in training junior technicians in repair techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's Degree in Electronics or related field preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in electronics repair, with television repair preferred.
