Job Description

Join our team as a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines that process materials into finished products. We seek individuals who are detail-oriented, have a strong work ethic, and can effectively work within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective blending techniques to improve product quality.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior operators.
• Execute troubleshooting steps to resolve any equipment malfunctions quickly.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe workplace environment.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing role preferred but not required.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift Certification: Certification in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
