Job Description

We are seeking motivated Production Workers to operate machinery and ensure the production of steel strand and binder products meets quality standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production schedules efficiently.
• Work closely with quality control technicians to meet production standards.
• Report any machinery malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in steel production is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Steel production knowledge
• Quality control processes

• Time management
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety protocols: Understanding safety regulations in manufacturing environments.
