Responsibilities

  • Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment for tufting.

  • Make adjustments during tufting to meet design specifications.

  • Coordinate with design teams to finalize button placements.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure material availability.
  • Participate in quality assurance checks of finished products.
  • Report production issues to management promptly.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 3+ years in upholstery or custom button tufting.
