Tester Operator Helper

Job Description

The Tester Operator Helper will assist in testing and operating machinery in a production environment. This role involves conducting routine tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities

• Support the production team in daily operations.
• Document all test results and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve testing processes.
• Keep the testing area organized and equipment in working order.
• Participate in training sessions for new equipment.
• Help in other areas of production as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Statistical Process Control (SPC) Software
• Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment: Experience working on the floor in a production setting.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles: Understanding basic Lean principles for efficiency.
