Job Description

As a Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' vehicles are parked safely and retrieved promptly. With an emphasis on customer satisfaction, your responsibilities will include managing parking logistics and maintaining the cleanliness of parking areas.

Responsibilities

  • Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Keep track of vehicle keys and maintain an organized key system.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure vehicles are locked and secure at all times.
  • Comply with safety protocols and local traffic laws.
  • Report any issues with parking facilities to management.
  • Manage vehicle flow during peak hours to minimize wait times.
  • Keep parking areas clean and visually appealing.
  • Assist guests with special requests concerning their vehicles.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Technical Skills
  • Valid driver's license

Languages
