Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Body Shop Painter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, applying paint to vehicles as per customer specifications and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures while conducting painting jobs.
• Mix and match paint colors for accurate application.
• Ensure the timely completion of painting tasks.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow and challenges.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Body Shop Manager.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Vocational training in automotive painting is preferred

Experience

• Experience with custom painting techniques is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Painting Techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent
