Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Pilot to join our testing team. The ideal candidate will conduct test flights on new aircraft prototypes, identify performance issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance aircraft design.

Responsibilities

• Execute flight test programs and document findings.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
• Review and analyze performance data to inform design improvements.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues during flight tests.
• Participate in safety briefings and maintain communication with ground control.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial pilot with experience in test flights.

Certifications

Languages
