Job Description

As a Knit Goods Mender, you will use your extensive knowledge of knitting techniques to inspect, repair, and restore a variety of knit products. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the quality and appearance of our goods, ensuring customer satisfaction and product longevity.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate knit items to determine repair needs and solutions.
• Conduct various mending methods for optimal repairs.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues with knit products.
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs performed.

• Interact with customers to understand specific repair requests.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant mending experience in textile or knit industries.
