We are seeking a dedicated Health Education Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide critical education to clinical trial participants, supporting them at every step while ensuring compliance with clinical regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Educate participants on trial processes, ensuring understanding and comfort.
• Assist participants with queries and concerns related to the trial.
• Verify documentation and ensure accurate data collection.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to streamline participant engagement.
• Monitor participant feedback and adjust educational strategies accordingly.
• Promote health literacy among participants and the community.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a healthcare-related field

Experience

• Experience working as a Clinical Research Coordinator or Associate

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Systems

Soft Skills

• Empathy

Certifications

• Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR): Knowledge of EMR systems to enhance data accuracy.
• Prior experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator: Strong background in coordinating clinical trials effectively.
