Job Description

Looking for an Extruding and Drawing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to work in our state-of-the-art facility. You will play a key role in producing needle bars that meet stringent quality standards while ensuring the machines run smoothly and efficiently. Prior experience with injection molding preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain injection molding machines to manufacture surgical needle bars.
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.
  • Document production processes and maintain logs of machine operations.
  • Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance process efficiency and safety.
  • Adhere to quality control processes to ensure product meets industry standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and repair of equipment as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in injection molding or related manufacturing fields.
