Job Description

The Dish Maker plays a crucial role in our kitchen, responsible for preparing and assembling various dishes while maintaining an organized and hygienic workspace. This position requires collaboration with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Support the kitchen staff in food prep tasks as directed.
  • Ensure all dishware is cleaned and organized at the end of service.
  • Monitor and manage the workflow in the dishroom.
  • Assist with inventory checks of kitchen supplies.
  • Engage in training for new kitchen protocols.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work well with team members.
  • Report any maintenance issues with equipment to the supervisor.
  • Stay updated on health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
