Job Description

As an Antisubmarine Weapons Officer, you will be pivotal in conducting antisubmarine warfare operations. Your expertise will help detect, track, and neutralize submarine threats, ensuring the safety and security of our naval forces. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive antisubmarine operations.
• Oversee the maintenance and inspection of antisubmarine equipment.
• Coordinate training for naval personnel on antisubmarine tactics.
• Compile and analyze operational data for mission effectiveness.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance operational capabilities.
• Advise on the procurement of advanced weapon systems.
• Engage in joint operations with allied forces.
• Evaluate performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Conduct security assessments of naval assets.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions for missions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Oceanography, Marine Engineering, Naval Science or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in antisubmarine warfare or naval operations
