Job Description

The Tower Watchman plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of tower premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting regular patrols, and responding to emergencies effectively.

Responsibilities

• Utilize security technology and tools to monitor the premises effectively.
• Cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required during security breaches.
• Maintain awareness of potential hazards and report them to the appropriate parties.
• Assist in conducting risk assessments and implementing security improvements.
• Actively participate in team meetings to improve security strategies and practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a security role is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• CCTV Monitoring
• Report Writing

Certifications

• Valid security guard license and certification
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
