Job Description
We are seeking a Database Administrator with expertise in data recovery and management. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain our organization’s data recovery plans, ensuring data integrity and availability.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for new residents during their transition.
Prepare apartments to ensure they meet the living standards expected of new residents.
Guide families through the process, providing information about facilities and services.
Handle any issues arising during the move-in process and provide solutions.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on new resident onboarding strategies.
Provide feedback on the move-in procedures to improve future experiences.
Create move-in schedules and keep all stakeholders informed.
Requirements
Education
Associate's degree in a relevant field may be considered
Experience
Previous experience in senior living is advantageous
