Job Description

We are seeking a Database Administrator with expertise in data recovery and management. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain our organization’s data recovery plans, ensuring data integrity and availability.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new residents during their transition.
  • Prepare apartments to ensure they meet the living standards expected of new residents.
  • Guide families through the process, providing information about facilities and services.
  • Handle any issues arising during the move-in process and provide solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on new resident onboarding strategies.
  • Provide feedback on the move-in procedures to improve future experiences.
  • Create move-in schedules and keep all stakeholders informed.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in a relevant field may be considered
Experience
  • Previous experience in senior living is advantageous

  • Project Management Software

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools: Hands-on experience in managing databases and resident records.
