Job Description

As an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with Emergency Response Services Corp, you'll provide essential pre-hospital care and transportation for patients experiencing medical emergencies. Your role is crucial in effectively responding to emergency calls, performing triage, and ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

  • Act quickly and efficiently in emergency scenarios to provide necessary medical interventions.
  • Evaluate patients' conditions continuously throughout transportation.
  • Report and communicate patient information accurately to medical facilities.
  • Ensure legal compliance with emergency medical protocols and standards.
  • Assist in community outreach programs to increase awareness of emergency services available.
  • Take part in team debriefing sessions to improve response strategies and address challenges.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and empathy towards patients and their families.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited EMT program
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in emergency medical services.
