Job Description

As the Biomass Power Plant Manager, you will oversee the operations and management of our biomass facility. Your role will ensure optimal production processes while adhering to safety regulations. You will lead a team dedicated to producing renewable energy efficiently and sustainably, contributing to our mission of providing clean energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the biomass power plant.
• Create a culture of safety and efficiency among all employees.
• Analyze production reports and improve processes based on findings.
• Participate in strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Engage in community relations to promote the plant's mission.
• Implement training programs for staff development.
• Manage budgetary constraints while achieving production targets.
• Conduct routine meetings to discuss plant performance and objectives.
• Assess and implement new technologies for operational improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to align plant operations with company goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of management experience in renewable energy
