Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with various physical challenges, implementing personalized therapy plans to optimize recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial patient evaluations and develop pertinent diagnoses.
  • Create rehabilitative plans including exercises and modalities based on individual assessments.
  • Guide patients through exercises and monitor their performance.
  • Document treatments and maintain electronic health records.
  • Foster a supportive environment that encourages patient motivation.
  • Work with patients post-surgery or injury to regain function and mobility.
  • Engage in continuous education for professional development.
  • Assist in facility management activities as requested.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an outpatient setting preferred
