Join our team as a Patient Service Representative. In this role, you’ll provide vital support to our healthcare professionals while ensuring patient satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, insurance verification, and fostering positive patient interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient scheduling and maintain accurate appointment records.
  • Provide prompt assistance to patients over the phone and in-person.
  • Check-in patients, verify their details, and process necessary documentation.
  • Handle and resolve billing inquiries effectively and professionally.
  • Assist in coordinating care by facilitating referrals and follow-ups.
  • Protect patient confidentiality by complying with data protection protocols.
  • Utilize electronic medical record systems to ensure accurate data management.
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment by assisting coworkers as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare practices.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in Health Administration or related field (preferred)
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role
